Tillman Cove
Tillman Cove is a new mixed-income affordable housing development in the heart of the Binghampton neighborhood. A mix of townhomes, flats, neighborhood commercial space, activated green space, and a connection to the adjacent Hampline bicycle and pedestrian corridor, Tillman Cove offers quality affordable housing for both seniors and families. The project is a joint venture between the Binghampton Development Corporation and Elmington and has received critical support from the City of Memphis, the Memphis Housing Authority, THDA, and First Horizon Bank.
